SUPPORTING GREAT IDEAS, PROGRAMS, AND PEOPLE

The Rotary Club of Waupaca is eager to support ideas, programs, and people that are working to innovate, grow, and meet challenges in our community. Below is a summary of grants offered by our club, including links to grant forms.

Community Impact Grants

The club invites proposals that will make an impact in a wide range of areas, including arts and culture, parks and recreation, environmental stewardship, health and human services, early childhood education, youth development and education, and community vitality. Applications will be evaluated on their capacity to meaningfully and sustainably enhance the wellbeing of Waupaca area residents.

    • $50,000 available, proposals of any size are welcome, and there is no matching requirement. The grant process will open on August 1st and applications will be due by August 28th, 2026.

Community Service Grant

Grants to area organizations that support on-going community programs and new initiatives aligned to Our club’s mission to serve others, promote integrity and advance understanding, goodwill, and peace.

Education Grants

Grants fund projects in Waupaca, Iola, and Weyauwega school districts that enhance studies in key areas, are innovative, encourage cooperation, and provide access to new learning opportunities.

    • Grant Amount Available: Up to $1,000 per grant.
    • Timing: Applications due by October 15, with award announcements by November 15.

Youth Connections Grants

Provides funds for projects that promote community enhancement, encourage healthy decisions for youth and families, and create opportunities for youth leadership. Projects must be youth-led.

        • Grant Amount Available: Up to $1,000 per grant
        • Timing: There are no grant cycles. Students may submit ideas or applications any time.
