Rotary Exchange Programs

Rotary Youth Exchange:

Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) students can spend a year, or perhaps just an extended period of time, living with a host family in a country other than their own. Students may learn a new language; they will learn a new way of living and a great deal about themselves. While they are busy learning, the people they meet will be learning as well - about our country, culture, and ideas. They are ambassadors. They help bring the world closer together and make good friends in the process.

If you are ready for the challenge and the rewards of living in another land as an exchange student, then you are ready to discover new worlds through the Rotary Youth Exchange. The Waupaca Rotary Club participates in a short or long term International Exchange Programs for high school students.

Adult Exchange (GSE):

The Group Study Exchange (GSE) program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young business and professional men and women between the ages of 25 and 40 and in the early years of their professional lives.
